Content on this site is general information about our HVAC services across the Phoenix valley. It is not a professional diagnosis of your system and should not be relied on as such. We may change site content, service offerings, and pricing at any time without notice.

2. Estimates, offers and pricing

Prices, promotions, coupons and financing examples shown on this site are illustrative and are not an offer or a binding quote. Pricing is confirmed only in a written estimate or signed service agreement. Offers may not be combined unless stated, may have eligibility conditions, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Sample monthly payment figures are estimates only and depend on approved credit, amount financed, rate and term.

3. Scheduling, booking and consent to be contacted

Submitting a form or requesting service does not create a confirmed appointment until we contact you to schedule. By giving us your phone number, email or address, you consent to be contacted about your request by phone, text and email, including by automatic telephone dialing systems or prerecorded messages where applicable. 5. Payments and financing

We accept the payment methods shown on this site. Financing is offered through third-party lenders. We are not the lender, we do not make credit decisions, and we do not set rates or terms. All financing is subject to credit approval and to the lender’s own agreement and disclosures.

6. Service work, warranties and manufacturer terms

Work is performed as described in your written estimate or signed service agreement, which controls if anything here conflicts with it. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to registration, proper maintenance and the manufacturer’s terms. Labor warranties, if any, are stated in your agreement. Customer reviews shown on this site are real and are reproduced from public review platforms. Individual results and experiences vary. Job photography may show past work and is not a guarantee of a specific outcome for your property.

9. Intellectual property

The site, its content, logos, trade dress and photography are owned by Veterans AC PHX or its licensors and may not be copied, scraped, republished or used to train machine learning systems without written permission. Third-party brand names and equipment logos are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify products we service.

10. Third-party links and tools

This site links to third-party sites and embeds third-party tools such as maps, review platforms, financing applications and scheduling software. We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of those third parties.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veterans AC PHX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or obligation in your signed service agreement, or any liability that cannot be limited under Arizona law.

12. Emergency notice

If you smell gas, see sparking or suspect a fire or carbon monoxide hazard, leave the building and call 911 and your utility provider first. Do not rely on this website or a web form for emergencies.

13. Governing law
