Run diagnostic and repair calls on residential and light commercial systems across the valley. You are the face of the company on every call, so honest communication matters as much as technical skill.
What you will do
- Diagnose and repair AC, heat pump and furnace systems
- Give clear, upfront pricing before work begins
- Document findings with photos and written estimates
- Recommend repair or replacement honestly, never the biggest ticket
- Keep the truck stocked, clean and inspection ready
What we look for
- 2+ years HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA 608 certification
- Valid AZ driver license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working in Arizona summer conditions
- Background check and drug screen required
HVAC Install TechnicianFull timePhoenix metroField based
Install and replace complete comfort systems to spec with a crew known for meticulous work, including exposed spiral duct systems.
What you will do
- Install split systems, package units and heat pumps
- Fabricate and modify duct to spec
- Braze, pull vacuum and verify charge
- Leave every job site cleaner than you found it
- Walk the homeowner through the finished system
What we look for
- 2+ years HVAC install experience preferred
- EPA 608 certification
- Able to lift equipment and work in attics and on roofs
- Valid AZ driver license

What you will do
- Perform in home evaluations and load calculations

- Hand off clean, complete job details to the install crew
What we look for
- HVAC or in home sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and follow through
- Comfortable with tablets, CRM and quoting tools

Answer the phone like a neighbor, not a call center. You keep the schedule tight and the crews moving.
What you will do
- Answer inbound calls and book service
- Dispatch technicians and manage the daily board
- Text and email arrival updates to customers
- Keep customer records accurate in the CRM
- Follow up after service to confirm satisfaction
What we look for
- Customer service or dispatch experience preferred

- HVAC or trades background a plus
